Dr Nandita Shah, Founder, SHARAN
Dr Shah believes that each one of us can be our own best doctor most of the time. The mind and body connection has always been an integral part of her work. She has guided hundreds of patients to reach their highest potential, not just in their physical health but in their emotional and spiritual well-being too.
She is the leader of SHARAN’s signature 21-Day Health Retreat and also the author of the best-selling book “Reversing Diabetes in 21 Days”.
Dr Nandita Shah received the prestigious Nari Shakti Puraskaar in 2016 from the President of India in recognition of her work in the field of health and nutrition.
