Ingredients
- 1 cup crumbled firm tofu
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 2 tbsp finely chopped red or green bell pepper (capsicum)
- 2 tbsp finely chopped celery
- 6 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp unrefined salt
- ½ tsp black pepper (kali mirch) powder
- ½ tsp turmeric (haldi) powder
- ¼ tsp black salt (kala namak) (optional)
- 1 sprig fresh parsley, for the garnish (optional)

Mix well together all the ingredients except for parsley. Garnish with parsley and serve.
