Creamy Corn Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh or frozen corn
  • ½ cup non dairy milk
  • 2 cups water
  • 4-6 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp unrefined salt
  • ¼ cup chopped chives/spring onion greens

In a blender, combine the non dairy milk, water, corn and garlic together. Simmer on medium heat, adding salt to taste. Cover to simmer. Serve with chopped chives. Serves 5-6
