Ingredients
- ½ cup raw cashews nuts
- ½ cup raw almonds
- ½ cup oats
- ¼ cup sesame seeds
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp mustard powder
- 2 tsp dried onion flakes
- 2 tsp unrefined salt
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp arrowroot
- 1 cup nutritional yeast
Take all the ingredients together in a dry blender jar and blend to obtain a powder. Make the soup with ½ cup powder + 1 cup nut milk. Heat and let it thicken.
Serve hot.
Variation-
You could add cooked whole wheat pasta to the above soup and enjoy.
