Our Remarkable Raw Cake

For the Base

Soak the raisins for half an hour. Then blend walnuts, adding raisins and cinnamon, to make the base. Transfer the paste to a bowl and keep aside.

For the Filling

Blend bananas and passion fruit (or any kind of fruit you prefer. You may use any pulpy fruit such as apples, pears, peaches, apricots, mangoes, etc.). Keep aside.

For the Frosting

Blend the dates with the lime juice and keep aside.

Assembling the Raw Cake

Now you are ready to make the cake. Divide the base into three parts and the fruit cream into two. Make the cake in a springform mould. Start with a layer of the base followed by a layer of fruit cream, and another layer of base and fruit cream followed by one more layer of base. Now spread the frosting on top. Chill well. Serve!

This recipe uses many nuts. Please keep your nut limit in mind if you are working on disease reversal.
