If we are eating foods that have been sprayed with pesticides it’s not possible to remove the chemicals just by peeling because many of them penetrate the whole fruit. For eg, when a coconut tree is sprayed with pesticides at the bottom, pesticides are found in the water of the coconut above. Besides this, plants that need pesticides to survive will not be nutrient-rich compared to organic plants. It is worth making the effort to find an organic source in your area. This may take some time, but ultimately once the demand is there, supply will follow.
