There is hardly any connection between raw food and worm formation. We should focus on building our immunity which can counter any threat and eating raw is a major part of that. If you believe that you do have worms, get a stool test done. The best way to eliminate worms is by eating a meal full of grated raw pumpkin for dinner which will flush them out the next day. Do not stay away from raw food for the fear of getting worms.
