Organic food is actually the real food and the ones grown with the help of artificial pesticides and fertilizers should be called “chemical” food. These chemicals are sprayed on the crops so that animals and pests do not eat them, yet we are expected to eat the same on a daily basis.
You can know food is organic by its taste, the little insects and worms that are sometimes still on it and by its imperfect shapes and sizes. If you can, visit the farm to see for yourself. If you cannot, then maybe you could be rest assured that even if it is not 100% organic, it is still better than chemically sprayed produce grown in unhealthy soil.
Organic food/ingredients are available everywhere now, even online. You could also try growing some in your own kitchen garden. Avoid putting poison in your body.
